Installing the Autofeeder
- Detach the feed tray from the processor.
- Install the stand to the processor.
- Adjust the height of the stand by the level adjustment screw legs.
- Make sure the stand is levelled.
- Install the autofeeder on the stand.
- Make sure a clearance between the autofeeder exit guide plate and the entrance nip rollers of the processor is between : inches as illustrated below
- Re-confirm that the processor and the autofeeder are installed at level.
- Press the autofeeder toward the processor firmly so that no light comes in from the docked section. The exit section of the autofeeder should fit in a groove around the entrance of the processor.
- Insert the power code to the 100V jack of the processor.
- Load several clean-up films to make sure that the system operates with no problems

Controls and Operation of FUJI AUTOFEEDER
1. POWER Light Switch
Switch on the power by gently pressing the POWER switch Simultaneously, the POWER light, the front door indicators, and the START light come on, indicating the unit is in the power standby mode. When this switch is depressed again, the power turns off, and the all lights go out
2. START Light Switch
This light comes on when the POWER is turned on, indicating the position of this switch Press this switch to start operation. If film is not loaded in the tray, the Autofeeder does not start operation even this switch is pressed.
3. SHUTTER Indicator
This light comes on when the exit shutter opens. The exit shutter opens while film is fed into the processor.
4. ERROR Light
This light comes on when the autofeeder has attempted to remove more than 2 sheets from the film tray. Film transport mechanism stops at this moment, and buzzer is heard. When films held at film guide section are removed, the light goes out and the buzzer stops.
5. STOP Light Switch
Press this switch when film feeding operation should be stopped. The light comes on with depressing this switch. The autofeeder will stop after completion of one cycle. Depress this switch again and the start switch to resume the operation.
