With Sony Ericsson T68i Bluetooth Connections, you can use the Microsoft® Wireless Transceiver for Bluetooth® to transfer files, contacts, and other information between your Sony-Ericsson T68i mobile phone and your computer. For this to work correctly, you must first configure the computer and mobile phone to communicate with each other. This document will help you configure your computer and your mobile phone to communicate over a Bluetooth connection, and step you through synchronizing your data. These instructions assume that:

• You have already set up and configured your Microsoft Wireless Transceiver for Bluetooth on your computer. • You have the Sony-Ericsson Communication Suite CD-ROM, or you have downloaded the latest version of Communication Suite 1.5.9 from the Support area at http://www.sonyericsson.com. • You are running Microsoft Windows® XP with Service Pack 2 installed. To configure your phone for Bluetooth connections 1 Press Menu, press Connect, press Bluetooth, and then press Options.2 Select Operation Mode, and then choose Automatic. 3 Press Back to return to Bluetooth, and then choose Discoverable. If you want, you can customize your phone name. The phone will be discoverable for three minutes.
